To provide the students with: - a clear understanding of the different periods of collaboration between the US and the UK in various domains (such as politics, economics, diplomacy, defence, culture, etc.) from the origins until now (with a focus on the 1945-2023 period) - elements to understand foreign policy-making - an overview of the current state of the relationship.
